The transformation begins the moment you step inside. Rich textures, soft lighting, and touches of gold are grounded by the deep, powerful tones of Chinese red—a colour symbolizing luck, joy, and life. The room glows with intention. Jazz now drifts gently through the air, inviting you to slow down, savour, and connect. This ambiance reflects who we are today: a bridge between East and West, tradition and innovation, heritage and refinement.
In the kitchen, we continue to honour the heart of Hong Kong Cantonese cuisine—while allowing creativity, modern technique, and Nova Scotia’s seasonal bounty to guide us forward.
